Lee Stadler is a designer, employing an integrated philosophy of design that incorporates historical, theoretical and practical applications that function as a discipline of mediation between disparate societies and cultures. Inhabiting and encouraging realms both thoroughly technical, analytical and referentially relevant to the nature of developed solutions, their genesis, and their potential impact and use, he solves beyond traditional design conceptions, developing correlative premises found in psychology, organizational dynamics, identity, experience, game theory, and predictive modeling as a means of informing and reinforcing the importance of design as foundational to the past and required of the fabric of the modern world. For nearly 20 years his work has been focused on organizational profitability and sustainability, including research, visualization and modeling in the realms of psychology, management, user experience, service design, finance, health and medicine, community wellness and non-profit development and asset management. His authored works, both experiential and textual, have appeared with similar breadth and are utilized in experience design and service design workshops.

ClinPsyD, DDiv, long-time educator, authorer and lecturer, Dr. Holzhüter has worked since 1999 as an efficiency and processimprovement consultant for several (federal) government agencies and specializes in profit/not-for-profit partnerships and private, state, and federal grant funding and compliance. He has served as a secondary school administrator and as the director of an alternative high school and led large non profit agencies from start-up to national service footprints. He currently serves as the University Chaplain for Ottawa University and leads the Fredrikson Center for Church and Faith Vitality and it’s Theology Action Understanding (TAU) Youth Institute.
